Entry Requirements
A State or Federal photo ID is required for entry.
Step-by-step arrival instructions:
- Building Entrance: Enter Brookfield Place through the revolving doors at 225 Liberty Street (at the South End Ave traffic circle).
- Escalator: Once inside, proceed past the security desk (on your left) and take the escalator up to the 2nd floor.
- People Inc. Lobby: At the top of the escalator, turn right and walk toward the glass doors of the People Inc. 2nd floor lobby.
- Check-In: Enter the glass doors and proceed to the People Inc. security/reception desk on your left to check in for the event using the QR code sent to your email.
Arrival and Lobby Check-In Process
- Access Requirement: Each guest will receive an individual QR code via email for access to the People Inc. Event Center. This email serves as a pre-registration for entry into the People Inc. offices, where the event center is located. Email Sender: PIWorkplace no-reply@piworkplace.com. Please check your spam / junk folders if you do not receive the email.
- QR Code Scanning: Every guest must scan their unique QR code upon arrival at the People Inc. designated iPad provided at the security desk to complete check-in and gain access to the People Inc. Event Center.
- Security & Entry: People Inc. security will have one dedicated turnstile open for event guests to enter without an additional scan. Security will direct guests to the designated arrival floor based on your event's specific details. Items must be hand-carried and cannot exceed the size of a standard carry-on suitcase and personal item. No boxes permitted.
