Rob Gebhardt leads Workplace Experience strategy across the Americas as a key member of JLL's Work Dynamics Global operations team. He directs industry professionals who architect comprehensive workplace hospitality ecosystems designed to amplify human connectivity, drive collaboration and optimize employee experience.
With three decades of hospitality leadership across private and public sectors, Rob brings executive experience in fine dining, retail, healthcare, and Fortune 500 environments. Over the past decade at JLL, he pioneered the firm's Global Workplace Experience function and innovative workplace transformation approaches.
Rob holds culinary training from the Culinary Institute of America, Hospitality Management studies from Sullivan University and executive education in Organizational Design and Change Management from Stanford University and UC Berkeley. He is a frequent industry speaker and SHFM Past President.

He has over 25 years of broad-based U.S. domestic and international experience in program management, project management and operations management in foodservice and hospitality whose background spans corporate dining, U.S. government contract dining, maritime hospitality, casinos, country clubs and independent restaurants.

Regine Hooper-Campbell is a global hospitality and workplace experience leader with nearly two decades of experience designing food, events, and service programs that strengthen culture, community, and operational excellence. She has led large-scale hospitality initiatives for organizations including Airbnb, Accenture, Goldman Sachs, and Hilton, and further honed her expertise through experiences with Four Seasons and the Disney Institute. At Airbnb, Regine revamped the company’s global food philosophy, designed its first concierge program, and developed frameworks for hospitality, events, and workplace experience across offices worldwide. She also led the company’s transition to a vendor-managed food model, built Airbnb’s first internal catering division and authored post-COVID global reopening food guidance. Known for blending hospitality, employee experience and business strategy, Regine creates programs and spaces that are both high-touch and highly functional. She holds a BBA from Hofstra University and a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
