What is Autism? Autism is a complex, lifelong neurodevelopmental condition. It can impact a person's social skills, communication, sensory processing, and behavior. The Autism experience is different for everyone. It is defined by a certain set of behaviors and is often referred to as a ‘spectrum condition’ that affects people differently and to a varying degree. It's essential to avoid generalizations and stereotypes when discussing autism. Every individual with autism is unique, with their own strengths, challenges, and interests.

Let's embrace our differences to continue creating a more inclusive and compassionate world where everyone has the opportunity to shine!
