Sharon Eliatamby, Senior Program Manager, World Bank Group
Sharon Eliatamby is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of well-developed knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry. Raised in Malaysia, she comes from a multinational background and is fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, Hokkien and German. Presently, she serves as the Senior Program Manager at the World Bank Group (WBG) overseeing the Food and Catering services and the conference center at the World Bank office in Paris. Sharon's tenure before joining W.B.G. was highlighted by her leadership role as the Director of Food and Beverage at the Ronald Reagan International Trade Center. Her extensive experience encompasses roles with prestigious hotels, convention properties, catering organizations, high-profile events and clients. Sharon has an impressive and successful track record of leading teams to enhance service standards, quality and profitability. She is known for her outstanding interpersonal skills and professionalism, especially when handling international protocols.
Sharon is recognized as an energetic inspiration and exemplary mentor, having served as the President of SHFM. She remains actively involved as a committee member for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Council, Branding & Marketing committees, and participates in the local chapter planning committee in Washington, D.C. Sharon holds degrees from of Hotel Consult Cesar Ritz College (Switzerland) and Johnson & Wales University.

Joel J. Schaefer CCC, CDM, CFPP, Founder, Your Allergy Chefs
Joel Schaefer is currently the Executive Chef Instructor at the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas; a certified Chef de Cuisine with the American Culinary Federation and a Certified Dietary Manager with the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals. He is also a culinary consultant for Food Allergy Research and Education and has worked with them on many educational projects, developing recipes, writing articles and overseeing the food for their yearly summits. Joel is the founder of Your Allergy Chefs, a consulting and education company that provides tips, resources, personal and professional coaching, research and development for products and recipes for food allergies, intolerances, gluten free and plant-based cuisine.
Joel is an accomplished author and has written two books, Serving People with Food Allergies, Kitchen Management and Menu Creation and At Home with Your Allergy Chef, Cooking Up Gluten-Free and Allergy Friendly Meals Everyone Will Enjoy for both food and beverage industry and consumers with food allergies.

Chavanne Hanson, Food Choice Architecture and Nutrition Manager, Google (Host)
Chavanne Hanson is Google’s Food Choice Architect and Nutrition Manager on the Global Food Team. She joined Google in December 2018. The Google Food Team is responsible for creating food experiences that promote collaboration and engage and energize Googlers each and every day. With cafes, teaching kitchens and events that serve thousands of meals each day, the team works with a variety of partners and suppliers to deliver delicious, nutritious food and innovative experiences to fuel Google’s culture and future. Chavanne is working to creatively leverage nutrition sciences programming, food choice architecture, behavioral sciences and the development of well-being approaches in order to create meaningful user experiences for Googlers. Before joining Google, she was the assistant vice president and senior public affairs manager of Nutrition, Health & Wellness at Nestlé SA located in Vevey, Switzerland. Prior to joining Nestlé, Chavanne enjoyed a varied career. She got her start in the nutrition field helping to develop and implement a preventive cardiology program for University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. She went on to become the Associate Producer for the Gathering Place television series and nutrition communications consultant to Graham Kerr, one of the first television chefs who is recognized as the “Galloping Gourmet”. Chavanne received her B.S. in dietetics from Baylor University and her M.P.H. in human nutrition from the University of Michigan.

Nora Abraham, Health & Wellness Director, Aramark Workplace Hospitality
Nora Abraham is a dedicated Registered Dietitian with a passion for promoting health and wellness. She began her career as a Clinical Dietitian, where she honed her skills in patient care and nutrition therapy until 2021. She then transitioned to Aramark as a Foodservice Dietitian, where she currently supports health and wellness initiatives in the workplace. Nora believes that creating an environment that encourages healthy choices and wellness, fosters strong individual nutrition habits. She graduated from Penn State in 2016 with a degree in Dietetics and completed her Dietetic Internship in Mississippi in 2017. Nora is also pursuing her Master's in Community Nutrition to further her expertise and impact in the field.

Shauna McQueen, Director of Nutrition and Wellbeing, Guckenheimer
Shauna McQueen, MS, RD, Director of Nutrition and Wellbeing at Guckenheimer, is a nutrition and well-being strategist with over a decade of experience in content creation, program development and corporate wellness. A Registered Dietitian and trained plant-based chef, she specializes in evidence-based initiatives that drive behavior change through food psychology, storytelling and strategic health programming. Passionate about whole-person health, Shauna helps individuals and organizations cultivate a more nourishing and sustainable approach to well-being.

Allison Pietrucha, Director of Retail Implementation, Sodexo
Allison Pietrucha began her career working as a Registered Dietitian with a focus on personal health and fitness before joining Sodexo in 2011 as a Corporate Wellness Director for a large insurance client. She then expanded the scope of her role into marketing and program implementation, leading to her current role where she serves as the Director of Retail Implementation at Sodexo. In her role, she focuses on standardizing brand rollouts and enhancing operational efficiency across Sodexo's retail operations. She emphasizes the importance of providing time-saving tools to frontline operators, clients and guests, recognizing that they are "time-starved" and that such tools can significantly ease their workload and impact their quality of life.
With over a decade of experience in the well-being space, Allison has a true understanding of what it takes to craft corporate well-being strategies that enhance retail engagement and inspire others to fuel their best selves. She received her Bachelor of Science in Food Science & Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois – and completed her dietetic internship at the University at Buffalo.

Emily Wunder, Wellbeing & Sustainability Project Manager, Compass, Eurest
Emily Wunder is a Registered Dietitian and the Wellbeing and Sustainability Manager for the Eastern Division at Eurest. Her professional experience includes clinical nutrition, private practice, outpatient counseling, community outreach, foodservice and corporate wellness and sustainability. Her passion for health and wellness is a driver in encouraging diet and lifestyle choices that have a positive impact on people’s health and also on the environment. Emily is an active member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Local Chapter of the Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and Master of Science in Community Nutrition, a Dietetic Internship through the University of Delaware, the Certificate of Training for Adult Weight Management and a Certificate for Sustainability Strategies through Stanford University.
