Foundation Bylaws
SHFM Foundation has adopted a set of SHFM Board approved bylaws by which the Foundation will operate. SHFM Foundation Bylaws
SHFM Foundation Board
The SHFM Foundation Board of Directors consists of industry leaders in Workplace Amenities and Foodservice. Our 10 Board members are volunteers elected by the SHFM membership. Board members represent all facets of our industry including a board appointed Student Board Advisor.
