This service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, so come dressed for the part. Crystal Hamilton is a passionate change agent for the hospitality sector and has worked in the industry for over 20 years. She is a respected voice in her community advocating for modern training and strategic change management to strengthen the restaurant community across North America. A certified Sommelier with experience building companies from the ground up, Crystal is passionate about creating a healthier, more-resilient hospitality industry for years to come. Part of her vision is to address the high costs of employee turnover while offering all-inclusive training for front-line ambassadors who connect daily with consumers on beverage choices. Her latest venture GetKnowbie.com is a perfectly timed, mobile-friendly training application that is working to power up and maximize revenues for hospitality across North America.
Shauna McQueen, Director of Nutrition and Wellbeing, ISS Guckenheimer
Shauna McQueen M.S., R.D., is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, trained plant-based chef, certified yoga instructor and expert in whole-person health. She’s endlessly curious about motivation, behavior change and why we make the choices we do. She’s provided nutritional strategy and wellbeing content for a range of clients and outlets including Spotify, Barclays, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Yoga Journal, The Vegetarian Times, Blum Center for Health and more.
Erin-Kate Whitcomb, Founder/CEO, Working Courage
Known as a "Boss Whisperer", Erin-Kate Whitcomb has made it her life's work to elevate leaders, often being the last in the room for the big decisions. Having worked in multiple industries including CPG sales, investment banking, tech, academia and healthcare, she has observed and learned from and about many different personalities and is able to navigate even the toughest work situations. Erin-Kate's ability to identify and resolve negative interpersonal dynamics, find and remove roadblocks, see new opportunities through a creative lens - while ensuring she is always of service - are skills she brings to bear that help any company or employee shine. She has created tools that demystify the science of understanding and applying emotional intelligence, vulnerability and courage at work.
