Current Responsibilities: Rob serves as the strategic leader for Workplace Experience across the Americas and is a key member of JLL's Work Dynamics Global operations team. He directs a high-performing team of industry professionals and subject matter experts who architect and execute JLL's comprehensive workplace hospitality ecosystems. These transformative programs are strategically designed to amplify human connectivity, drive organizational collaboration, and optimize employee experience in the evolving workplace landscape.

Experience: Rob leverages three decades of distinguished hospitality leadership spanning both private and public sector environments. His diverse portfolio encompasses executive roles across multiple verticals including fine dining, retail operations, healthcare systems, and Fortune 500 corporate environments. Over the past decade at JLL, Rob has been the visionary architect behind the firm's Global Workplace Experience function, pioneering innovative approaches to workplace transformation and employee engagement.

Rob's academic foundation includes specialized culinary training at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, advanced studies in Hospitality Management from Sullivan University, and executive education in Organizational Design and Innovative Change Management from Stanford University and UC Berkeley. He has cultivated deep expertise in strategic corporate hospitality services, encompassing workplace amenity optimization, comprehensive hospitality training programs, and data-driven employee engagement strategies. Rob orchestrates crossfunctional collaboration with JLL's Research, Consulting, and Technology divisions, ensuring service delivery continuously adapts to the dynamic needs of today's hybrid workforce.

Thought Leadership: Beyond his operational excellence, Rob is a recognized thought leader and keynote speaker at premier industry conferences and events. His distinguished service includes tenure as Past President of the Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management (SHFM) and executive leadership within the American Culinary Federation (ACF), where he served as chapter president. Rob's industry contributions have earned him an honorary Doctorate of Foodservice from NAFEM, and he maintains active certification as a Facility Management Professional (FMP) through the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
