His diverse portfolio encompasses executive roles across multiple verticals including fine dining, retail operations, healthcare systems, and Fortune 500 corporate environments. Over the past decade at JLL, Rob has been the visionary architect behind the firm's Global Workplace Experience function, pioneering innovative approaches to workplace transformation and employee engagement.
Rob's academic foundation includes specialized culinary training at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, advanced studies in Hospitality Management from Sullivan University, and executive education in Organizational Design and Innovative Change Management from Stanford University and UC Berkeley. He has cultivated deep expertise in strategic corporate hospitality services, encompassing workplace amenity optimization, comprehensive hospitality training programs, and data-driven employee engagement strategies.
