A one night’s deposit is required at the time of booking and is refundable 48 hours prior to check in.
The cut-off date for hotel reservations at the conference rate was Monday, August 25, 2025.
Some nights are SOLD OUT at the group rate, but the hotel does have some availability at a higher rate. The hotel has also recommended a nearby hotel within walking distance that has availability - the Tommy Bahama Miramonte Hotel. You can make a reservation here.
