Join SHFM in Lavazza’s coffee training center for networking and a stimulating panel focused on sustainability. Does it seem like sustainability hasn’t been as in focus since the pandemic? Experts will dive into sustainability concerns and solutions. You’ll leave with relevant ideas to apply to your business environments. 
 
Give Back in Philly! The SHFM Philly Local is teaming up with the Greater Philadelphia Coalition Against Hunger in an effort to support local hunger initiatives. The Coalition Against Hunger strives to build a community where all people have the food they need to lead healthy lives. The Coalition connects people with food assistance programs and nutrition education, provides resources to a network of food pantries and more. PRESENTERS

Emily Wunder (Moderator)
Regional Wellness Director, Eurest

Emily Wunder is a Registered Dietitian and Regional Wellness Director for Eurest. Her education includes the Certificate of Training for Adult Weight Management, a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and Master’s of Science in Community Nutrition from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and Dietetic Internship through the University of Delaware. Emily's professional experience includes clinical nutrition, private practice, outpatient counseling, community outreach, foodservice and corporate wellness. Her focus is preventative care and she enjoys working with children. Emily enjoys being active by hiking, cycling and shopping and keeping with the food trends by experimenting in the kitchen and trying new restaurants.

 
 Brian D. Barrett
SAP Global Real Estate & Facilities, GRF Sub Regional Head, Business Partner to the CEO, SAP America
 
Brian Barrett joined SAP in May of 2004 as a senior project manager having almost three decades of experience managing projects both nationally and internationally. His distinguished career included playing an active leadership role in establishing and directing teams managing corporate facilities for several major Fortune 100 companies in the US and abroad. In 2009 Brian directed the construction of the 218,000 square foot, North America Headquarters expansion project which achieved Platinum LEED status granted by the U.S Green Building Council. This building at the time of its construction was the largest in Pennsylvania, receiving this status and the 3rd largest Platinum LEED building in the US. Brian is passionate about changing the world by educating people on how practicing sustainable living can have a positive impact on our ability to improve our own lives and those for future generations.
Susan Jin Davis
Social Impact Officer, Al Roker Entertainment, Inc

Susan Jin Davis has 30 years of experience in the telecommunications, media, entertainment and technology industries. She currently serves as Social Impact Officer for Al Roker Entertainment, a leading producer of TV, digital, branded programming and entertainment. She is also an advisor for ALO Advisors, a consulting firm specializing in areas of sustainability, diversity and corporate social responsibility. Most recently, Susan was a senior executive at Comcast Corporation, where she held a multitude of roles over a 15-year career at the Company, including becoming the company’s first Chief Sustainability Officer, creating the framework for the company’s Environmental, Social and Governance disclosures, operationalizing its renewable energy and energy efficiency strategy, and contributing to transforming its fleet to low-carbon vehicles. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Penn State University’s Dickinson School of Law.
