Maria managed the very first Starbucks store in New York City\, helped launch the brand’s airport strategy and went on to lead sales\, operations and training programs that set new industry standards. \nToday\, Maria serves as Sales Director of the Americas for Urnex\, the global leader in coffee equipment cleaning products\, while advising BrewBird and other next-gen coffee ventures. She’s also the founder of Lift & Learn\, a cross-training platform helping baristas and technicians build meaningful careers. She brings relentless curiosity\, a touch of moxie\, and a whole lot of heart to every corner of the industry—because to Maria\, coffee is community\, and the people are the point. \n\n\n\n	\n\n\n			\n	\n	\n				\n					\n	\n\n\n			\n	\n	Michael Moore (Co-Moderator)\nChief Sustainability Officer\nRestaurantware \nMichael Moore is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Restaurantware and a proud father of two. Formerly a trained chef\, author and podcast host\, he began his career cooking for celebrities in Los Angeles before moving into foodservice management\, where he specialized in designing menus and kitchens for eating disorder recovery programs. Those early experiences paved the way for his transition to Restaurantware\, where he took on the challenge of developing more eco-friendly products—combining his passions for sustainability\, creative problem-solving and foodservice. \nAs CSO\, Michael has led the company’s sustainability transformation—including learning firsthand how to build and launch a foundation from the ground up. This work now drives Restaurantware’s environmental initiatives and partnerships. Michael was raised to believe in leaving everything better than he found it—and that includes this beautiful\, blue marble we all call home. \n\n\n\n	\n\n\n			\n	\n	\n				\n					\n	\n\n\n			\n	\n	Randy Dominguez\nSenior Vice President of Supply Chain Services\nCenticor/Infuse Hospitality \nRandy is a senior procurement executive with an established track record of developing forward-thinking teams that deliver value against economic\, social impact\, and corporate governance objectives. He has been instrumental in creating client-centered programs for customers in the healthcare\, senior living\, education\, business & industry\, leisure\, lodging\, and casual dining markets while a procurement executive at a Foodbuy and as Head of North American Procurement and Supply Chain at ISS – Guckenheimer. He has also worked on the supplier side of the negotiating table for fourteen years with multinational consumer packaged goods companies Unilever and Mondelez. \nAt Centicor Procurement Services\, Randy and his team are focused on developing a portfolio of supplier relationships and strategic partnerships across all spend categories that deliver exceptional quality while generating client value at the invoice level. A former chef turned executive\, he brings more than 25 years of global hospitality experience across hotels\, restaurants and corporate dining in Europe\, Latin America and the United States. He has a proven track record of scaling high-quality foodservice organizations while maintaining operational excellence and strong client satisfaction. Prior to joining Infuse\, Paul served as CEO of Guckenheimer.
