Kira Caban, Instawork

Kira Caban leads global communications efforts at Instawork. She is also an expert on flexible work trends and helped launch Instawork’s Economic Research Division to help businesses better understand how current economic trends are affecting their industries and businesses.

Over the years, she’s worked with big box retailers including Target, Walmart, and Amazon to execute successful initiatives to increase brand awareness. Kira’s background has provided the ability to use out-of-the-box thinking to create unique ways to reach business goals.

Kira regularly publishes articles in Fast Co. and Newsweek and has been featured on NBC News, Bloomberg, Cheddar, CBS Mornings, TD Ameritrade, NBC LX, and more.

Kira holds a master’s degree in marketing management from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).

Cemal Ezel, Founder of Change Please Coffee

Cemal Ezel OBE is the founder of Change Please Coffee, Old Spike Roastery, and Coal Rooms Restaurants—social enterprises dedicated to creating meaningful change through innovative business models. Change Please focuses on tackling homelessness by providing barista training, paying the London Living Wage, and offering housing within 10 days of employment. In 2024, the initiative supported over 1,970 people and has now expanded its impact to eight countries, demonstrating the scalability of the model.

Casey McGinnis is the Vice President of Business Development at At Your Service, a premier event staffing company based out of New York. Dr. Tochukwu (Tee) Okasi-Nwozo, DC Central Kitchen

Dr. Tochukwu (Tee) Okasi-Nwozo joined DC Central Kitchen in April 2016, as Chief Human Capital Officer, and has over 20 years of experience developing and implementing talent management practices and programs at both strategic and operational levels. As an accomplished Human Resources professional, she has managed the people function for organizations in the nonprofit and private sectors; and has led human resources capacity-building efforts for international organizations. At DCCK, Dr. Tee oversees the organization’s talent management lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, career development, and performance management. In 2023, she was recognized by Washington Business Journal as one of the region’s leading innovators in the human resources sector with the prestigious HR Impact Award.

Dr. Tee received a PhD from Howard University, an MBA from Georgetown University, and a BA in Women’s Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) and is also a Gallup-certified Strengths coach.

Todd Snopkowski is a visionary leader in the food service and hospitality industry, serving as CEO of Snapchef Training and Staffing. With a deep-rooted passion for culinary arts, Todd has been instrumental in Snapchef’s growth, transforming it into a trusted brand known for its Fast Track Training programs and top-tier staffing services.

Todd's culinary journey began with a formal education and hands-on experience, including a notable role as Executive Sous Chef during the 1996 Olympic Games. In 2002, recognizing the industry's need for comprehensive training and staffing solutions, he co-founded Snapchef. His leadership has been pivotal in positioning the company at the forefront of the industry.
