4:50 p.m. - For those interested in a Culinary Campus Tour, please arrive by 4:50 p.m. The bus will depart at 5:00 p.m. sharp and return by 6:00 p.m.
6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. - Student Reception - Join us for heavy hors d'oeuvres and networking with the JWU Student Chapter.
7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. - Beverage Analysis - Compare three traditional alcoholic beverages to their spirit-free counterparts. Attendees will enjoy an alcoholic drink and its spirit-free version, along with insights into the growing spirit-free beverage trend. This session is limited to 30 participants.
The reception will be held in Bistro 61, and the beverage comparison in the Bigelow Beverage Lab.
