Professionally, Andres is the Founder of AETHER Marketing Communications and CEO at Gravitas Intelligence—an organizational leadership consultancy working with organizations, teams, and individuals to find ways to understand their strengths and become more effective in their organizational collaboration. He recently founded the Center for Global Alchemy and Cross-Cultural Leadership, an organization dedicated to helping professionals develop their global leadership skills and promote intercultural awareness.
