Why Attend?

BE THE CHANGE! Feeding A Sustainable Tomorrow

In a quickly changing business environment, we are challenged to not just wait for it; but to embrace, evolve and execute our dynamic operational plans. As always, we need to do it F.A.S.T.!

Our industry is Feeding A Sustainable Tomorrow for workplace hospitality, and we seek innovative solutions for a rapidly changing and multi-faceted business model. Our vision and strategy must evolve to make an equitable and environmentally responsible impact on the future, while nourishing our whole selves and the planet. Collectively, we will empower ourselves to not only embrace our impact but also lead the change in a sustainable workplace.

Plan now to address these opportunities with your SHFM community of colleagues at the 2023 national conference. Have meaningful conversations, hear new perspectives and take home tangible ideas for today’s business challenges.

This year’s conference has been designed to provide a chance for reconnection, reflection and relevance. Each session will provide actionable takeaways; each event will elevate your spirits. Take time to renew & recharge in this unique desert environment.

Be the Change… feed your well-being and imagination at SHFM’s National Conference.
