Winning the Race for Talent – How to Find, Hire and Keep the Best!
In a hospitality-driven industry, the right employees are and always will be the most important assets required in a company’s success. However, while return to office continues, it has become more and more difficult to find, hire, and keep the best - driving up the cost of doing business and impacting the customer experience.
As organizations seek strategies to enhance and elevate workplace experiences, talent has become the critical issue most companies are facing.
Looking for ways to win the race? Get on the right track … Join us at this year’s Critical Issues Conference (CIC) to confront the issues of acquisition, onboarding and retention. Leave with the right tools to tackle one of today’s most critical workplace challenges.

Donate to D.C. Central Kitchen
Following in the footsteps previous Critical Issues Conferences, SHFM has again added a charitable component to the conference by selecting D.C. Central Kitchen (DCCK) to receive a collective donation from SHFM. DCCK is an iconic nonprofit and social enterprise that combats hunger and poverty through job training and job creation. The organization provides hands-on culinary job training for individuals facing high barriers to employment while creating living wage jobs and bringing nutritious, dignified food where it is most needed.
When you register for CIC, please consider donating to a group that deals in critical issues on a daily basis. SHFM's Young Professionals will also have an opportunity to give back the morning of CIC at DCCK.
