On behalf of our DE&I Council, we are reaching out to YOU with a special request! We need YOUR VOICE in helping share our diversity message and to create a video to promote this message. Would you please take a moment of your time at CIC with us and record a 10 second video?

This is the culture we are so proud to continue to establish and we want your voice included. We, and the rest of our industry, want to hear your courage, your story, your experience. Using your personal messages, the DE&I Council will assemble a video to share our message. Together, we are seen, heard and felt.
