RJ Bianculli (Moderator)
Managing Director, Emerald Brand 

RJ Bianculli is the Managing Director of Emerald Brand, one of the oldest and largest environmental disposables brands in the country. He has spent 15 years in the environmental disposable space successfully developing and bringing new technologies and products to market. RJ oversees Emerald's four divisions including disposables, packaging, towel-tissue and material technology.

Charles Adams 
 VP of Prepared Food Operation, Tyson Foods

Charles Adams leads the meat procurement and risk management functions for Tyson Foods and has spent all of his 26 year career in the agriculture, food production and CPG sectors with primary focuses in grain and meat based businesses. Prior to his working at Tyson Foods, he also worked for Hillshire Brands, Sara Lee and ADM in various procurement, risk management and operational roles.
Charles "Buck" Boger

Senior Director of Poultry Pricing - Distribution, Tyson Foods


Charles Boger's day-to-day focus is large distributors, large non-commercial customers and K-12. His team is responsible for pricing all value-added poultry that goes through distribution. Charles started at Tyson in 2008 and was a member of the marketing team, focusing on consumer insights and priced prepared foods before moving into his current role in 2015.

Faculty, Food Business School of the CIA

Helene York teaches supply chain development as a member of the faculty of the Food Business School of the CIA and helps clients build strong procurement, supply chain and innovation strategies as a member of the 4xi boutique consulting firm. Previously, she was the Chief Procurement Officer for ISS Guckenheimer and managed procurement for Compass@Google in 27 countries.
