Speaking the Language of IFM

Hosts:  Amy Franks, JLL and Lani Wild, CBRE

The integrated facilities management integration into workplace and specifically food service management can only be described as an ‘interesting’ and ‘complicated’ relationship.  We are often representing the client(s)’ needs but walk a fine line in also supporting our operations partners in executing and delivering services through challenging conversations including return to work planning and inflationary impacts.  It could be said we ‘speak food’ and ‘speak IFM’ making us bi-lingual.

Hear situational real world examples from our session hosts and share your personal experiences in this interactive special session planned for IFM representatives - so we can all learn how to enhance our relationships and client outcomes.

After more than two years of pandemic experience, you may be asking yourself …
  • How will hospitality be achieved in the new “working world?”
  • What will it look like?
  • How will we achieve “success” in the changing work environment?

Look no further, this session features a group of experienced leaders sharing the benefit of their collective wisdom. Their moderated discussion will shed light on how clients are thinking through the more intentional, focused approach that’s needed with workplace hospitality services today.

More importantly – in locations where employees have the option of working remotely, they’ll share how to ‘earn the commute’ of associates coming to the office and ideally enjoy their experience! Join us for this engaging session and come prepared to ask questions that will help you create intentional hospitality.
